Austrian biomarker expert BIOCRATES Life Sciences AG and Canadian CHENOMX Inc sign co-marketing agreement
10.03.2010 - The agreement entered between Austrian BIOCRATES Life Sciences AG and the Canadian company CHENOMX Inc is a significant step towards realizing the goal of further personalizing both drug development and medical practice. German Research Team Elucidates Genetic Variations in Human Metabolism
18.02.2010 - Recent advances in biochemistry have made it possible to take a fingerprint of an individual’s metabolism. A group of German scientists have developed a strategy to assess the genetic basis of variations in human metabolism by coupling genetic and metabolic profiling. Responsibility for the metabolite part of the profiling exercise lay with the Austrian company BIOCRATES Life Sciences AG, a cutting-edge developer of novel metabolite biomarkers. The findings presented mark an additional step towards the development of novel biomarkers of unprecedented specificity and sensitivity, paving the way for the design of personalized medicines.

Improving children’s health through state-of-the-science biomarkers
10.02.2010 - First International Pediatric Biomarker Symposium, co-organized by Austrian biomarker company BIOCRATES Life Sciences AG, convened in Innsbruck, Austria, from 4–6 February 2010.
